Counseling Philosophy

Getting to the root of emotions and behaviors in a compassionate manner are the focus of counseling. Learning certain skills can help individuals express feelings appropriately and work through interpersonal issues to reach life changing goals. I utilize an array of techniques specific to client’s needs based on evidence-based therapies. 

A Bit More About...

Jennifer is local to Bellingham and began traveling the world as an adolescent. Her postgraduate education  has a multicultural bent and other experiences include math teacher at William Carey Academy (Chittagong, Bangladesh, 2007-2008) and salmon fisher (Alaska and Seattle,  2016). She enjoys cycling, outdoor activities, and rich food.

Payments accepted by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Sliding scale fee available.
